Return and Exchange Policy - Agent Store


At Agent Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a unique shopping experience. Below is our return and exchange policy:


First: Cases in which a return or exchange request is accepted


1. Request a return within 3 days of receipt in the following cases:

1.1. The customer does not wish to keep the product.

1.2. Receiving the wrong product.

1.3. Specifications or SKU model differ from the invoice.

2. Request a replacement within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:

2.1. Manufacturing defect.

2.2. Product damage upon receipt.


Second: Cases in which the return or exchange request is rejected

3. Reasons for rejecting a return:

3.1. The product has been opened or the packaging is damaged.

3.2. Damage to packaging belts or ropes.

3.3. Incomplete accessories or the product not in its original condition.

3.4. The product cannot be resold.

3.5. Failure to provide us with photos showing the condition of the product.

3.6. Use or operation of the product.

3.7. The product is broken and not reported within 6 hours of receipt, or damaged due to misuse.

3.8. Opening consumer, health, or personal products.

3.9. Manufacture or modify the product according to the customer’s request.

3.10. Exceeding the specified period.

4. Reasons for rejecting the replacement:

4.1. The product has been broken or damaged due to misuse.

4.2. Opening consumer, health, or personal products.

4.3. Products manufactured or modified to the customer’s request.

4.4. Failure to adhere to the home visit appointments of the insurance agent.

4.5. Failure to deliver the product to authorized inspection centers.

4.6. No replacement report or approval is issued.

4.7. There is no manufacturing defect or the complaint is invalid.

4.8. Exceeding the specified period.

Note: Receiving the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment of the integrity of the packaging and the product from the outside.



Third: Steps for submitting a return or exchange request

5. Steps to follow:

5.1. Contact customer service within the specified period.

5.2. Fill out the “Return or Exchange Request” form.

5.3. Prepare the product in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

5.4. Upon acceptance of the application, a policy will be issued based on the technical report.

5.5. If shipping via an intermediary, it is recommended to insure the shipment before sending it.


Fourth: Products related to offers or gifts

6. Offers and Gifts Policy:

6.1. The gift or offer must be returned in its original condition with the product.

6.2. If it is not returned, its value will be deducted or the order will be rejected.

6.3. A product purchased under a temporary offer cannot be exchanged after the offer has expired.

6.4. Free promotional gifts are non-refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated.



Fifth: Fees and refunds

7. If the reason is from the store (defect or error):

7.1. The customer does not bear any fees.

8. If the reason is from the customer (without defect):

8.1. The shipping fee (round trip) shall be borne by the customer.

8.2. The bank transfer or payment gateway fees shall be borne by the customer.

8.3. A fair consumption percentage (10% - 70%) will be deducted if the product is opened or used.


Sixth: The refund period

9. According to the payment method:

9.1. Bank transfer: 3 to 7 business days.

9.2. Bank cards and electronic payments: 7 to 15 working days.

9.3. The amount can be converted into in-store purchase credit.



Seventh: Orders paid in installments

10. In case of return:

10.1. Installment company fees are deducted (usually between 6% - 18.9%).

10.2. Refunds will be made through the installment company within 7 to 21 business days.

11. In case of replacement:

11.1. The previous order must be cancelled and a new order submitted.

12. In case of adding a new product:

12.1. The installment plan may be modified with the approval of the financing company.

12.2. Or pay the difference in cash.


Eighth: Warranty and maintenance

13. Warranty Coverage:

13.1. Two-year warranty from the official agent (unless otherwise stated).

13.2. The warranty does not cover misuse or electrical or water malfunctions.

14. In case of a malfunction:

14.1. Coordination with the agent will take place within 72 hours of the technical report.


Ninth: Important items

15. The following should be noted:

15.1. Receipt of the shipment constitutes an acknowledgment of the integrity of the packaging.

15.2. The original invoice must be attached to any application.

15.3. Returns or exchanges of opened or damaged products are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

15.4. Please review the offer and installment details before ordering.

15.5. The Store reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet the conditions.

15.6. The Policy may be modified without prior notice.
